Within the family we have three houses available to rent for holiday accommodation. These are all very different products and vary in price to suit what you are looking for.                   ____________________________________________

Mt John Homestead, 19 Main Highway, Tekapo

This is a unique family space only a 2 minute walk to the town centre and offering plenty of outdoor space for all of the family to enjoy.   Beautiful exposed rimu floors are throughout the historic building. An original collection of art by a local artist and an archive of local photos are displayed throughout the rooms.

It consists of 2 double bedrooms with queen beds, one single room and two bunk room which sleeps 4 in each. There is a fold out couch and mattresses for larger groups. There are 2 large lounges and a separte living area for dining.

Rocks Retreat, 6 Walter Black Place, Tekapo

Rocks retreat is a modern 3 year old house offering stunning views of Lake Tekapo and surrounding mountains. Three bedrooms which include two queen beds and two single beds. One bathroom with underfloor heating. Open plan living with heat pump and big sliders on either side for fantasic indoor/outdoor flow. Recetnly installed is a South African Braai which is available for cooking in and also creates wonderful night time ambience. Fully furnished including laundry facilities. 2 night minimum stay, Check in 4pm and checkout 10.30 am unless pre arranged otherwise. Wonderful surrounding views including beautiful Lake Tekapo. Close to the township, easy walking distance to amenities.

Balmoral Cottage, Braemar Road 

Cute little farm cottage with a cosy log burner for those snowy winter days. Two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed the other a bunk room which sleeps 6. Open plan living with full kitchen. Great for people wanting a country experience and open spaces. 10 minute drive to Tekapo. Wonderful mountain views and and some four legged friendly neighbours.
