BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

Is linen provided?

Yes, the pricing includes full linen, including bedding, bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests advised.

What else is supplied? 

Our holiday homes are all equipped with the essentials for cooking and dining. They also have a supply of tea towels, dish clothes, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, hand soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee and sugar.

How do we check-in on arrival to Tekapo? 

Unless agreed otherwise, check-in is between 3-5 pm at our office at 48 D’Archiac Drive.  We like to greet our guests on arrival when possible, as we enjoy sharing local knowledge of activities, eating places and important information about your accommodation. However, if you are arriving after our office hours, we can provide details on request.

What time is check-out? 

Standard check-out time is 10am. A slightly later check-out request may be accepted dependent on our housekeeping scheduling – please ask. Late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a fee. If you are planning to check out before 9am please leave the key inside the lodge, otherwise please drop the key off to us at the reception office.
